Welcome to the Familywala.in Customer App. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
Familywala.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
3. Services
Familywala.in provides a 10-minute grocery delivery service, offering:
Fresh fruits & vegetables
Dairy products
Packaged foods
Household essentials
Delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, and demand.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified after processing begins.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices and offers may change without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods include:
UPI
Debit/Credit Cards
Wallets
Cash on Delivery (if available)
6. Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver orders within 10 minutes, but this is not guaranteed.
Delivery depends on:
Serviceable location
Product availability
Operational conditions
Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Perishable items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
8. Offers & Promotions
Offers, discounts, and coupons are subject to specific terms and conditions.
Misuse of offers may result in cancellation of benefits or account suspension.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

10. Product Quality & Availability
We strive to ensure product freshness and quality.
In case of unavailability, we may:
Replace with a similar item (with your consent), or
Remove the item and adjust the bill

Familywala.in shall not be liable for:
Delays caused by external factors
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss arising from misuse of the app
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the app, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Familywala.in and may not be used without permission.
13. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
14. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
