You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or defective product
Expired product
Missing items in the order
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of grocery items, the following may not be eligible for return:
Fresh fruits and vegetables (unless damaged or spoiled)
Dairy products
Frozen items
Opened or used products
4. Reporting Issues
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
